At long, long last, everything has been updated: you can download the FINAL final versions or free or buy them (even for the Kindle) if you have a lot of money to burn. And really, these days, who doesn't?

Now all that's left is the sure-to-be-massive advertising blitz. I'll let you know when I figure out what that entails, exactly ....
